We had a funeral service at Paul Harris Funeral Home for my mom, who passed in April. Rick Harris was great to work with. He is very professional but also compassionate and caring. He was accessible, promptly answered all my questions, offered advice, and was on top of every detail. The facility is comfortable and elegant. We had a beautiful, moving, and dignified service that allowed family and friends to gather in a comforting setting to honor my mom's life and say goodbye. My sincere thank you to Rick and to Harris’s staff for making that possible.

Our family was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion we felt from the Paul W Harris Funeral Home team, and especially from Director John Choffin. He guided us through the initial process with sensitivity and respect, and then went above and beyond our expectations to make the event beautiful, memorable, and seamless. We are forever grateful.

Unfortunately a few things happened to me when I went to go pick up my dog's ashes. The manager Susan did manage to calm me down, which I'm very grateful for. But anyone knows when you go through something like this you're not yourself your emotional your fragile, and I feel that my overall experience you can never get back so unfortunately I will be tainted for the future. But thank you Susan for what you did for me.
