The professionalism is top tier. The performance of services are also top tie. I only use DM. Williams and I recommend this funeral home to everyone I know. They are the absolute best!

Ms. Williams disregarded my wife’s funeral ceremony wishes for her son. It was traumatic for my wife. Also, my wife paid for a motorcycle escort leaving the church, and that didn’t happen. We were never notified there wouldn’t be one. Ms. Williams actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff was good, but we’d never use or recommend this funeral home again due to Ms. Williams. In response to Ms. Williams: My wife provided a private family viewing. Which you knew because it was at your funeral home. This was for the family who wanted to view the body. My wife requested a closed casket funeral. That is not in violation of any law. You chose to open a casket during a closed casket funeral. In the middle of the service. You could have offered a private viewing after the funeral was over. You chose to show the body at a convenient time for you. A selfish and egregious act. This response is an example of your unprofessionalism and inability to adhere to a contract.
