Valerie is the most caring person during the passing of my loved one. She will treat you with so much respect and be there for you along the way. When learning after 30 years of being in the business she shows up like it’s day one on the job. You can tell she sincerely cares about how you are treated. This is kind of hard to write but I absolutely needed to. Paul Lane Funeral Home was definitely the best choice for my mother. Mrs. Valarie was amazing. She helped every step of the way and communicated so well with me. I was able to handle things from out of state and Mrs. Valarie made me feel like she was apart of my family as well. The comfort and professionalism was amazing. So personable and helpful. I am forever thankful for her and the other staff for helping me through this tough time in my life.
