Valerie is the most caring person during the passing of my loved one. She will treat you with so much respect and be there for you along the way. When learning after 30 years of being in the business she shows up like it’s day one on the job. You can tell she sincerely cares about how you are treated. This is kind of hard to write but I absolutely needed to. Paul Lane Funeral Home was definitely the best choice for my mother. Mrs. Valarie was amazing. She helped every step of the way and communicated so well with me. I was able to handle things from out of state and Mrs. Valarie made me feel like she was apart of my family as well. The comfort and professionalism was amazing. So personable and helpful. I am forever thankful for her and the other staff for helping me through this tough time in my life.

Me and my family came to Paul lane funeral home to have a service for my mother. From the time me and my family walked through the doors we felt welcomed and appreciated and they treated us with such great care. They made the process so much easier and my mother had a very beautiful service and I just want to thank the whole staff for the exceptional service and support and hospitality. Thank you so much🙏🏽

During a women veteran service. The director stated after the color guard service it was a distraction from the service. As a retired veteran I had to leave. Even in death a women is not respected.
