Mr. Brewster, in particular, stood out as an exceptional funeral director. From the moment we met him, he was not only professional and knowledgeable but also remarkably compassionate and supportive. Mr. Brewster was always available to us throughout the entire process, whether it was to answer questions, provide guidance, or offer reassurance. He was extremely hands-on, guiding us through each step with patience and understanding, ensuring that every detail was taken care of seamlessly, from the initial planning to the day of the service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Crowe's Funeral Home and Mr. Brewster highly enough. Crowe's funeral home hosted my mom's service in June 2023. They do provide good service. My only complaint is that they did not email the sample funeral program to me for approval before the private viewing. I had to review/approve a hard copy during the private viewing. This was very stressful having to read/approve an entire funeral program with my mom's dead body present. This was an intense experience and should have been my time to spend with her with the least distractions. I didn't realize in my grief haze that my mom's birth date was incorrect until the day of the funeral. My entire family now has a programs containing a significant error. I was so busy with other items that I didn't realize Crowe's never sent the program to me via email in advance. Crowe's should take better care of these details. Otherwise the funeral service was beautiful. I just hate that mom's funeral programs contain the wrong birth date.

I have received excellent service from Crowe’s Funeral Home. Over the past two years, they assisted with the arrangements for my mother’s service (Jan 2023), and just recently, my father’s service (May 2024). Both arrangements involved transporting from one state to another, and Chaplain Brewster handled this process with professionalism and ease. The service for my father was handled by director Shawnette Mitchell and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were all taken care of. In short, she went above and beyond! Thank you Chaplain Brewster and Director Mitchell for making a challenging time a beautiful celebration of life for both of my parents.
