The recent design of their website is very difficult to read. The font color is entirely too light and the layout that was used before was much better. Please make some adjustments.

I gave a 3 because the service was very nice, flower arrangements were beautiful. Employees were polite. But I'm very traumatized by how terrible my brother looked. The make-up they put on him looked awful. It was very caked on, and blotchy. He didnt look like himself. I've seen a lot of dead people, but I've never seen the makeup look that bad. I would understand if he was dead 4-5 days before he was found. And they had to cover up a lot of bruising and discoloration.
