I had a very difficult time dealing with the man that was supposed to be helping us with my dads arrangements. Maybe he was having a bad day. He was visibly angry that his secretary didn't have a certain form in the file. We were working on the arrangements when we decided to have him cremated. This also angered him. He picked up the paper we had been working on and ripped it in half. He also picked up a paper from my dads file that had the information regarding the disease he had. He threw it away. There was a language barrier that frustrated him as well. If you don't have the heart or compassion to do this job find another career. Good or bad you will ALWAYS remember the funeral director.

Wonderful people. At the time of bereavement it is important to have the assistance of professionals who are both compassionate and totally competent. Dealing with my husband death, Palmer Bush coordinated well with my church and with my needs as to “what should happen when” in scheduling. Preparing the photo boards they provided was an unexpected source of comfort.

This place has such a personal family touch sending your loved one to the next stop. I've been there for many funerals over the years and I have never seen or heard anything but loving respect for them. Also available pet cremation. Very reasonable on price and care is abundant for the pet in your life. Totally professional and completely understanding of the loss you have suffered. A 5 Star Business for sure!
