I had a very good conversation with a young woman,sounded young,via phone!She was so courteous and helpful I was ready to go with the simplicity cremation services plan!She informed me I would have to setup appointment time and day with one of two people and she gave me names!This was July 1st!I called again but man in Greenville location answered even though I called Spartanburg number where I had previously spoken with the nice woman!We covered all information I needed and he told me he would have Natalie or Christa or Christin(not certain of name)call me to setup appointment between July 5-8! Upon which I said was fine!Never heard back from him or anyone else!I took my business elsewhere and ended up with a reputable funeral home that has been in business since 1885,and I might add for less cost to me!
