After a sudden death in the family, the care and compassion shown by Andy and the staff at Heritage was everything you could ask for during such an awful time. I don’t write reviews often but I needed to publicly acknowledge how carefully our needs were handled. All of our questions were answered with patience and understanding. The price was fair, compassionately discussed and transparent throughout the entire process. Our feelings of grief were always put first in every step. I feel good knowing my loved one was treated with dignity and care by people who didn’t even know him. Thank you Andy and the staff at Heritage.

Andy and the entire staff at Heritage Funeral Home did a fantastic job assisting my family with my father's funeral. Andy walked us through the many decisions and details that our family faced with great skill, compassion and sensitivity. He must have said 100 times "This is about what you want, and we will make what you want happen." And that proved to be so very true. He even walked us through some last minute changes right before the service and helped guide us to the correct decision. He then saw to it that it was executed as if it had been planned all along. And their facility is fantastic. It is beautiful, spacious and flexible. I don't think we could be a better facility. But of course it all comes down to the service. The team at Heritage took care of every detail. The service was exactly what we had hoped for. My family and I are most grateful for all that Andy Byrd and the team at Heritage did for our family. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

OH MY what can we say that would adequately express how wonderful these folks are. Andy made a VERY difficult time in our lives, almost bearable. To say Heritage went above and beyond for us is an understatment! For instance, Andy wrote the obituary when we couldn't and he also forwarded it to the out of state news paper. Months afterwords we had a paperwork situation with Arlington Cemetery and Andy was there to do whatever we needed. Besides that, they are professionals with a compassion that is so very genuine.
