I want to express my gratitude to Naomi at Palm’s Eastern for her assistance during our difficult time. I also want to give a special thanks to Helen, who created a beautiful and thoughtful setting for us when we came to pick up our loved one. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you both for your exceptional service.

Shannon and Helen were amazing. The love and care that they showed was genuine and exactly what our family needed. Shannon was very patient, helpful, kind, and warm hearted. Helen was there when it was time to bring my dad home and she took the time to make everything look so beautiful. From the bottom of our hearts our family would just like to say Aloha for all that you do. But mostly thank you for being all that you are and for taking care of us as if we were your family.

Naomi and Helen helped my sister and me with the process the cremation of my Aunt Consuelo Paner. They have been both very helpful and understanding. Naomi helped with all the paperwork and she was wonderful to deal with. She said it will take a couple of weeks for the death certificate to come back, yet she managed to get it for us within a week. Helen presented my Aunts urn in when I picked her up in a beautiful setting. With flowers and in a calm beautiful receiving room. She even chatted with me for asking me about my aunt, which was touching. I am very pleased with the service I received at Palm. Thank you very much, Naomi and Helen.
