Friendly and understanding staff-- very professional and polite when I changed my mind about different services. Jason really took the time to understand us. I was conflicted about having my young sons do a viewing with their father before his cremation. Each one ended up wanting that service. PNWC, Undoubtedly, this company produced and provided everything as promised and in a timely fashion. However, the way we were handled as a client was subpar, at best. Our initial call to this gentleman or director, he very quickly obtained all information, made the sale and at the end of the call said, “and I’ll take your credit card information over the phone”. Just like ordering food, Certainly not cremation for the dearly departed! Later we called, and he personally Didn’t take our call. Then later, he Didn’t return an email from us. Best
