This memorial home will treat everyone with respect and caring! Our family has had many funerals thru here. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Exceptional respect for Native preferences.

The staff at Hazen & Jaeger are very professional, caring and amazing individuals who know how to help a family through the difficultly of losing a loved one. They do not pressure you, but are supportive and compassionate and do their best to accommodate the family and meet their needs. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the unfortunate loss of a loved one.

My wife and went an expo where we were talking with all the vendors there and one was to do about Veterans benefits like funerals and burials. Later I recieved a call from Micheal Brooks asking if he could talk with me about prearanging my funeral. It was the furthest thing from my mind, but I said yes and we met a day or so later and as of 4/30/2024 I finalized my prearranged funeral and burial in the Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake. I jumped at the opportunity to do this thru Dignity Memorial, remembering that years past my mother prearranged her funeral and services, so when she passed the family did not have to stress over what she had wanted. It was a big relief on us kids and I thought what a gift I could leave my kids when I pass. I highly recommend that every one doing this. Micheal walked me thru the program and I was able to select what I wanted for myself and more important the fact that my kids do not have to wonder what I wanted. It is very painless to do this.
