I was a couple thousand miles away when my mom passed and and my step-brother recommended that I use Pacific Internment as he had used them before and had a good result. Glad I gave them a call. Working with Amanda and the staff was fantastic. Amanda worked around my schedules and was able to get the cremation done for what I consider a very reasonable price. She also mailed my mom's remains and the death certificates to me for a reasonable cost as well. Amanda was very pleasant and professional and explained everything very well. Amanda went beyond the call of duty for me. Amanda was attentive, personable, warm, compassionate and efficient. I used PI for my loving partner who passed 2 years ago and my mother who passed recently. Amanda was also accommodating for my special circumstance which was very thoughtful. I would use PI again.
