It's sad to say but most of the staff was rude and very unprofessional. Probably the worst funeral home we have had to work at. We had to set up camera and sound to record the service, however staff did not open the door for the set up to be made. The family coordinator had spoken prior to a staff member and was informed we could come earlier to set up and would have access to wifi, if we did not want to use their facebook to stream the service. Upon arrival, the service hall doors were locked and we could not set up as earlier planned. We tried to get the attention of the staff present for assistance and met a rude response. "No one is getting in until it is time for the funeral" no sympathy, no empathy, no courtesy. The Family overseas were so disappointed, and rather blamed us for a bad job . THERE IS NO PARKING on site. You will have to park by the road side, if you get lucky to find a space. Every response seemed like an attack no matter how politely you spoke. It is so sad. They also do not provide Funeral decals (not even one) to aide driving to the cemetery. Please find another funeral home. Their overall boss/manager is awesome though. It was unfortunate she was not present on the day we had the funeral.

The staff at Greene Funeral Home were absolutely amazing, considerate, compassionate, helpful, empathetic and very professional when I needed to plan my mother's funeral service. The level of care and compassion that Greene Funeral Home displayed for myself and our family was beyond appreciated. Greene Funeral Home also assisted our family with funeral services of my late uncle (my mothers oldest brother) who passed away in 2013. That experience and professionalism alone left a positive lasting impression on our family, and why we chose to have our mother's funeral services there as well! The Greene Funeral Home provided outstanding service for my family. They went above and beyond making sure that they answered any questions we had and even were flexible with last minute changes and requests we had. Even upon our first meeting they asked us if we were comfortable with dogs and if we weren't informed us that they would place the dogs elsewhere but those dogs were so quiet and well trained we hardly noticed they were there. Mrs. Greene and her entire family were more than accomodating and we were very satisfied with the service we received.
