We cannot adequately express how wonderful Stephanie, David, and Overman-Jones were when our mom recently passed away. Stephanie sat with my sister and I just two hours after getting the heartbreaking call that Mom had passed. She was so incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate as she gently guided us through the decisions and steps necessary to make the arrangements. She listened, suggested, and worked to plan a beautiful service that was exactly what our mom wanted. It was indeed perfect! And David showed the utmost respect and kindness as he escorted our mom to Overman-Jones later that morning. My sister and I sincerely thank them both. I feel strange reviewing a funeral home but I am doing it because of the great services and staff at Overman Jones. My friend passed away from an overdose a few years ago and from the moment I walked through the door, every single employee was so kind, welcoming, and SO respectful. I could definitely feel their compassion and their group resiliency. This is a tough line of work to do and I am still so grateful thy the funeral was held here. I highly recommend it.
