We had a very positive experience. I was at a loss on how to handle properly the arrangements for our loved one. I called and explained what I needed. To fulfill a last with of burial but the cemetery was in another state. They were familiar with the cemetery and were able to arrange everything. Pickup at the hospital all the way to transport and go directly to the burial site in a different state! I did not have to do much else. There was no pressure at all. They gave us choices and we made the decisions. We are forever grateful for the outstanding service they provided. The peace of mind that they brought to us is immense. Thank you.

We did my brother's funeral here in 1990 and they were amazing. We just did my mom's funeral here, and they were just absolutely amazing! My mother was transferred from out of state and their communication and response time was fantastic. Fred was genuinely personable, kind, and friendly. He shook my hand and acknowledged my brother's funeral years ago. Every interaction I observed of him interacting with people, he was very polite and personable, and didn't treat people like he was just doing business or just doing his job...like a robot. He smiled, shook hands, and one thing that is important to me is eye contact. All staff were very pleasant to deal with. The place was clean and smelled fresh. I very much recommend this place to anyone.
