Mike and team are extraordinary. We had actually met with them a few years back to pre-arrange, which I highly recommend. At that time Mike, walked us through all the options and prices and helped us put together a plan. Then during one of the toughest moments in one's life, their professionalism, empathy and expertise were invaluable. They handled everything from contacting the hospital to tipping the vocalist. Nothing was dropped and things I would never have thought of was taking care of. Their communication was incredible. I was never wondering next steps. Plus their central location made it very convenient for guest to visit from all over the St. Louis region. Thank you Ortmann Stipanovich team!

My family worked with the Ortmann-Stipanovich location in Overland. Mike S. was our coordinator. Other than choosing Jefferson Barracks for the burial, we did not have anything else arranged. Mike worked with Jefferson Barracks as well as our parish to establish days and times that worked for all of the services (visitation in the evening followed the next day by the mass and procession to the cemetery). My family thought about the options presented and chose the ones that worked best for us without any pressure.
