My mom had a prearranged plan from a few years back. After she passed, I was able to call and easily adjust things for our current situation. The staff are all very kind, helpful and supportive. They honestly made things as easy as possible for me any way they could. Above all, they are very knowledgeable about what her future needs very likely would be. Over a decade ago, they also arranged my father's funeral. Again, they were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated them helping my mom and me during that unexpected time. Meeting with Alana to make prearrangements was such a positive experience. I was dreading this task and Alana displayed such a calming demeanor and made the process go extremely well. There was no pressure to purchase more than the necessary services. I never felt rushed and the process was so respectful . I highly recommend dealing with this funeral home. Customer care was top notch!
