The 2 gentlemen who came and picked up my loved one was extremely caring and considerate. Benjamin was excellent in the beginning. However I feel he dropped the ball and turned us over to staff. It took 2 months to get our death certificates. Only after many calls from me did they follow up. I feel the communication was lost. Maybe the staff is spread too thin.

We were very pleased with the respectful and efficient service provided by Oregon Cremation Company from preplanning through pickup. Apparently this company is affiliated with Crown Cremation as the services after my mom passed only involved Crown. This didn't detract from the excellent service, but it's odd this was not evident from the beginning.

From my first call to them to when I picked up my husband's ashes, every person showed me gracious compassion. Benjamin especially treated me as if I were a favorite aunt and made all the paperwork easy. The two people who came for my husband could not have been more caring. The woman who helped me when I picked up the ashes made me feel like this was the most important part of her day. It means so much.
