My husband and I made cremation arrangements with Neptune mainly because we were traveling the country and knew their services would be available anywhere we happened to be, were anything to happen to one of us on the road. My husband's passing occurred at our local hospital, though, and I now realize that Neptune was an excellent choice under those circumstances as well. After informing the hospital that we had a prearranged plan with Neptune, I did not have to do anything to set things in motion. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and our wishes were carried out in timely fashion. I would recommend Neptune to family and friends without hesitation.

My sister signed up for Neptune about 15 years before she passed in another state. All we had to do was call Neptune and give her name and they took care of Everything. We didn't find her Neptune information until long after the fact. We were grateful for how easy and seamless it was.

In preparing for her passing, my Sister-In-Law's had purchased a prepaid Cremation Plan through the Neptune Cremation Service. My wife and I have also purchased a plan but really had no Idea as to how valuable this service was. When my wife's sister passed, she was in Hospice Care at a local Care Facility. Both knew of the plan and when she passed, they made the call to Neptune for us. The Care Facility is located in Washington, 50+ miles from the Portland Neptune Office. Wanting everything to go smoothly, I made a call to the Neptune Office in the morning and was surprised to find my wife's sister was already in Neptune's Care. Shortly later, we received a call from the Funeral Director for a very efficient and nice outline of the next steps. We soon received the paperwork for electronic signing and that was it. Neptune handled the Death Certificates and the notification of Social Security. Neptune will soon forward the remains to us. We are very thankful for Neptune and their Funeral Director, Regan Hinton, and the very nice ladies we spoke with on the phone.
