I've been trying to get a headstone,that was already paid for, ordered. In the past we have had a terrible time trying to contact or get any help from the staff. I finally gave up. I decided to try again yesterday & talked to Vera Johnson. She was wonderful. She found all the paperwork & was very patient & so nice. We changed our minds on the headstone layout a number of times & she just stayed nice, returned all my phone calls & got the headstone ordered today. Also, the phone was answered every time I called. Thank you for finally getting dependable employees.

I can’t say enough good things about Northridge Woodhaven funeral home and the staff at the Millington location. Trey Britt ( the funeral director) went way above and beyond for my son’s services He placed a light we brought inside the casket as well as left the light on for my son. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating but Trey made us feel so comfortable and never tried to push anything on us. He is a very honest and straight forward guy. Thank you Trey for making such a hard time the best it could be!

I am only giving the 4 stars solely for the funeral director that helped us with my mother's passing, Trey Britt, otherwise they would get less! If it was not for him, the whole process would have been awful. He made sure to make one of the hardest most devastating times in my life as simple and easy as possible. He truly creates and builds a real relationship with the families and does exactly what he says he will do. Trey is a true man of his word. He was called into this profession that only truly special people could do. His heart is in the right place and does this job for all the right reasons! If it were not for him, I do not think this place would even still be in business. Trey made special trips just to make sure my mother had her outfit that she needed. He guided us through the services and made sure everything was seamless and went smoothly. Any hiccup we had, he made sure to remedy it! This place better do everything they can to keep this man! He should really be in charge and training others in his ways! Trey has really became a friend!
