When Sue and I first decided in advance to plan for our funerals, Barb was so helpful and through conversation found that we had a common bond because of our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When Sue passed, my son and I met with their daughter Victoria. What a wonderful experience and she was so helpful in making decisions that are sometimes difficult to face. All of the printed material including the memory book was something that was so well done and I will cherish it forever. They were the kindest and most compassionate family and I have and will recommend them to anyone facing the death of a loved one.

My daughter and I came to Aspen unexpectedly and without an appointment to talk to Jon about a situation we had dealt with with another cremation business. Jon took the time to listen to us tell our story about how my daughter was treated regarding her dad's remains. He listened with compassion and showed empathy towards her as well. His daughter was working in the reception office and overheard our conversation with Jon. By the time we left, Jon and his daughter had offered my daughter an urn for her dad, placed her dad's remains in the urn and made up 6 little bags of ashes for my daughter to share. All at no cost. My daughter and I both cried as that was not our intent when we went in there. Jon and his daughter went above and beyond to help my daughter have peace for her dad. I will be forever greatful. That is the kind of family and business they are.

Aspen was a wonderful place to work with during a difficult time. Barb and John were so kind and helped us with lots of information we wouldn't have know about. they were extremely helpful and trustworthy. They helped with a lot of details so we could focus on other things. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
