I cannot possibly express just how wonderful Nolan Funeral Home was to work with in planning my dad's services. From the moment we reached out to them, every person we dealt with was professional, sympathetic and comforting. John L. and John R. made sure that my brothers and I understood everything that would take place each step of the way. We brought close to 100 picture frames and pieces of memorabilia to them to honor our dad and they did him proud!! It was the most beautiful display I have ever seen. The care they took in arranging those pictures and items in the room made it feel as if we had done it ourselves. In addition, they made our dad look just like he did in life, even though he lost a lot of weight before passing. It was so comforting to see our dad as we knew him every day. Also, Mark Nolan made sure to take the time to come and express his personal condolences and make sure that we had everything we needed. Finally, the words, sentiments and genuine emotion shared by John R. at the end of the Cemetery service, are words that my brothers and I will never forget. Thank you, Nolan Funeral Home for making this process the absolute best it could be. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. John Lee helped my family through an unusual and complex situation and made it seamless from my end. You are truly treated like family by the staff at Nolan Funeral Home. John was compassionate, kind, and worked hard in a very tight time frame to do what we were looking to do.
