I have never done business with the Jones. In fact, I had never met any of them until today. My car broke down in front of their business and I coasted into their driveway. The people from this business didn’t know me, yet came to my car and asked if I’d like water and invited me to come inside and wait until help arrived. I was even offered help, but I already had someone on the way to assist me. If these people are that good to an absolute stranger, there’s no doubt in my mind but that they are an excellent choice with whom to do business.

We were happy with the service at our family church. The BIGGEST disappointment was our father was a Vietnam Veteran and the director failed to make sure the military service was carried out. We had the burial scheduled on a 3rd day for this purpose. The family drove 30 extra miles to be presented the flag by just the funeral director. No military salute at all. There was little effort to resolve.

Everything was so beautiful just as we ordered. My mother looked so peaceful and I would recommend NL Jones Funeral Directors. My family and I want to thank them for their services.
