I would highly recommend Newcomer for any family. Stephanie helped us with pre-planning, and Kaitlin was our Funeral Director. These ladies were so welcoming, supportive, caring, and treated us like family. They made this tough time easier, and helped us make sure we were following through with my Grandfather's wishes. Since my grandfather was in home hospice, we were present for the staff to come pick him up after his passing. Sadly, I don't remember their names - but those two were so sweet. They treated our grandfather with respect and care, that made us feel comforted. Thank you all for all the help!

My mom preplanned her end of life plans which was made easy by the team at Newcomer. When the time came to put those plans in action, Paul walked us through step by step. He promptly answered all our emails and texts regarding planning questions. During a difficult time - almost all of the planning was taken care of for us.

Thank you for caring about our family during this impossible time. We would never have been able to navigate all of the pieces to honor our loved one the way we wanted without Mike S.'s guidance. He was professional and compassionate throughout. Even though it was the worst day for us, everything was handled smoothly.
