Our experience at Newcomer was mostly pleasant. Staff is friendly and considerate, and the service went mostly as expected. There was a photo present on the screens for most of the service that was not the photo we selected. To clarify, it was in the pool of photos we sent, but it was not the obituary photo that we wanted in that spot. It was like that for nearly the entire service. Then, the prayer cards that we received afterwards were very poorly done. White spaces on the borders that are hard to ignore. Obvious cutting points where the photo we selected overlaps onto itself. In addition, there was a typo on the obituary messenger. There was no typo when we submitted it, we made certain. It was clearly retyped and never corrected. All you had to do was copy it. For the price we paid, it is extremely disappointing. Overall, the experience was not bad but it was not perfect.

I live in California my brother passed and they took care of all his arrangements for me and sent me everything keeping me in the loop everything that was going on I really appreciate it great team at newcomer thank you Emily for all your hard work you did a great job
