I met with Bruce to discuss my cremation plan. He was not in any hurry to "be done with me.". The office we were in was very comfortable, quiet without interruptions. He thoroughly explained my options and made a few suggestions. No high pressure sales pitches at all! He listened to my wishes and respected them. I am very pleased!!

Staff was very professional. Bruce was very easy to talk to about a very sensitive topic. Was comfortable talking about our individual needs and answered our questions about the services provided in Bremerton. Questions were answered about the Mount Tahoma National Cemetery for veterans and services they provide. Would highly recommend Miller Woodlawn Funeral Home for all families who need arrangements made during their time of grief.

Even if I die a thousand times, I will never have pre-planned memorial at this place. First of all OUR contract cost was CLOSE TO 30K not including the 2 plot paid. We signed a contract and paid almost 10k. However, my husband and I decided to change our funeral arrangements. We called the Miller-Woodlawn and wanted to speak to someone regarding changing our funeral arrangements. (WE NEVER WANTED OUR MONEY BACK) just to change something my husband and I decided. To my surprise NO one is willing to help us at ALL. I called almost everyday and I get different excuses daily. Also, if you have funeral arrangements with them you are insured with TRU-STAGE memorial insurance it's good! however, changes can ONLY be made by Woodlawn staff, too bad no one is willing to help US keeping our MONEY we PAID. We have no choice but to cancel with TRU-STAGE and received almost nothing. We have a credit from Woodlawn for almost 4k but NO one is willing to allocate the money to any of our funeral choices. I regretted every single second, on why I did NOT do my due diligence before signing to this place. It's all around unprofessional, and BEWARE your MONEY will not be use for intended PURPOSE as soon as you make any changes regarding your first initial funeral arrangements. NEVER again. As far as my PLOT I will make it sure I will sell that soon. BEWARE!!
