I could not reccomend our funeral director Christopher Cavagnuolo enough. He helped make a very difficult time alittle easier. From our 1st phone call he showed compassion and understanding what we as a family we going through. He insured that my mom was treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. While presenting our options for her services he never made us feel like he was trying to up sell. He helped make my moms funeral one that we could be proud of. He insured her cremated remains were there in time for her services. The assistance he provided with choosing of her urn, writting of her obituary, selecting her favorite flowers, decideing on her special prayer cards ,picking the perfect readings for church and the suggestions for the after funeral repass were exceptional and made that day uncomplicated and effortless. Thank you just doesn't seem adequate enough.

My first experience having to plan a Memorial for my sibling. Carolyn Szymaszek, Bonnie and the team were most helpful 👌. I was able to select the prayer card and script with my sister's photo. They provided a custom sign in book. The video tribute was beautiful and so was the chapel and overflow room. I was able to use Bluetooth to play selections or gospel jazz. We were able to have our own program. The funeral home was clean and staff was helpful. Although I came prepared they were prepared to assist. I really appreciate that the community room is on the grounds next door and It was handicap ♿️ accessible. With clean lavatory and kitchenette. They moved all floral sprays pictures and arrangements over for the Repass, so we were able to maintain the flow and stay within the same vicinity. My dad would have had to take several handi-cabs if the repass was at a different location. I didn't have to worry about anyone getting lost or needing directions. Although the New Britain Memorial Sagarino funeral home has two caterers they recommend for our convenience I was allowed to use my own caterer as long as I paid for th use of the venue and the caterer presented their food license. I never felt rushed only dutiful to my dynasty and grateful for th resource and service provided.

Services and handling of arrangements were done with high respect. Staff were professional and polite throughout. We were grateful to have a farewell for our mom. Thank you to the staff.
