My sister passed away on August 4,2023.Her service was on August 18th.I was disappointed and saddened because she looked nothing like her self.l know that she should have looked better but l guess that is the best they could do.l don't know if she was preserved so that when it came time for the staff to do what needed to be done,l feel that they could have done a better job.I will remember my sister for what she looked like before. she looked like b

Very unprofessional. If you don’t know the right questions to ask and things to do, don’t expect to be guided. Don’t expect a nice, sweet conversation about anything. Very offputting and doesn’t seem to show any type of empathy especially in a position and time such as this. If you need something after everything has been said and done, they tell you to call back and you do and they say the same thing. Especially a funeral receipt. Only one person can get it and the owners can’t even help. I’ve called in months ago and then last week and then today. I have been told different things each time. Now apparently there is certain hours in which she is there, which wasn’t told until now and I’ve made it clear these items are needed for an appointment we have tomorrow. If you can afford to go elsewhere for a funeral, do it. Unfortunately we didn’t have that luxury and we definitely paid the price.

Everyone calls me by my nickname "Sunshine". I took my daughter to Nesbitt Funeral Home back in June for a job for a mortuary beautician. Mr. Nesbitt is very disrespectful. He has a filthy mouth and has no respect for women and no respect for the deceased. I couldn't believe what I saw. The place was very unclean and it has a bad smell. He's still been trying to reach out to my daughter to come and work there for him. Is he for real?
