They did good on my husband far as his appearance and set up, but me and the family felt that the service was rush due to them booking services too close together we hardly had time to grieve our loved one. we were rush through prayer at the cemetery the staff were kinda of rude considering how we were a family that was grieving.

We have encountered various issues, including inaccurate online obituaries, poorly displayed online obituary picture, rushed services, delays in preparing our loved one for family-provided grooming services, and untimely flower displays. Despite our commitment to supporting local businesses, the service fell short of expectations. The minister's demeanor was uncompassionate and rude, saying to the families attendees "they have the right one today" when communicating the 2 minute reflections portion of services was unnecessary. Implementing a service timeline, attention to detail, better communication and employing compassionate people would likely address these concerns. Providing accurate information and effective communication during difficult times is crucial. Would you not expect the same level of care and precision for your loved ones' services? Demonstrating empathy, attentiveness, and accuracy, particularly within one's own community, would significantly enhance PJFH reputation.

I received the worst service when my mom passed away. They lie to, communication is poor and they don’t return your calls. They spelled my mother’s name wrong on her cremation certificate and death certificate. I spoke with the funeral director to get it corrected and he told me if would send the corrected documents via email in 2 days well it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I’m already grieving the loss of my mother and they just added stress to that. They don’t care about you or your loved ones. WORST FUNERAL HOME EVER. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy.
