My initial contact with Neptune Society in Tucson Arizona to establish a contract with them , I had some reservation. Once I made my contract and work with the representative she was very helpful and patient with me. The problem I had was calling the 1-800 Neptune phone number on the membership card and talking to a person that was very unfamiliar with Neptune's protocol to reach the Tucson office. Once I made contact with my Neptune Society Funeral Director in Tucson Arizona upon my brothers passing he guided me through the necessary requirements and was completed with respect, patients and care.

Great service. They are compassionate and respectful. No pressure to make a decision. Takes the worry & fear away about not leaving this to my children to deal with. The memory box is so wonderful. I would certainly recommend.

I have been very impressed with the Neptune Society. I gave long felt cremation was for me, but after meeting with them, I felt so even more. Before I worried all the time about how my family would deal with things if something were to happen to me I also worried because we have a medically fragile child who is uninsurable from a life insurance aspect. This program actually covers your child or grandchild if they should pass before you. This alone makes it worth it for us. The presenter was kind, clear and made it so easy.
