When my father passed unexpectedly, we knew he had a Neptune policy. We were lost as to how to handle everything. Thanks to Neptune Society, we didn't have to do anything. Maria kept us so calm and was extremely helpful and kind. We decided to add on a viewing for my father, and their technician was phenomenal. My mother Dixie had everything already set up with Neptune. After her passing, Neptune Society called me to advise me of the process they were going to do. Neptune Society kept me informed of the process and followed my mother's wishes, along with mine. As the remains were sent to me, they were carefully packaged with dignity and care.
