We where very happy with there service to our. Two Dogs that live to be 16 and other 15 year old and I got a beautiful White urn for our Dog. To stay in and I really appreciate their kindness & hospitality to me and while I was wait for my Cab to come and get me . if I need any thing to let them know also and. We really appreciate the cards to our dogs print of our dogs and. There service. Was great and we are definitely going to use Nelson's again Thanks Again Mr & Mrs Wood

I have been in dealings with John and Tanya a handful of times over the years and I honestly can't find enough amazing words to describe my experiences with them thru some of the most difficult moments in my life, and truly doubt my sanity would still be intact had it not been for them the first time I ever dealt with a death of a loved one, let alone one that was my responsibility to manage. I didn't even know what a place like this was called let alone how to find one or what even mattered in the choosing! So fortunate to have landed on their doorstep and couldn't be more blessed at having them after my husband's passing then on to eventually all of my amazing parents, a once in a lifetime forever friend, and now even having been there for our fur family losses as well. Everything about them and their business exceeded my expectations continuing even today. The phone etiquette of them both, the atmosphere at Nelson's, the accomodations, the products and prices offered along with the location and just plain old conversation contribute to the comforting and compassionate experience provided to everyone fortunate enough to find their way to them.

Went to pick up my, much missed Ellie..Woman there was very compassionate with the situation. Will go there again. Recommend Nelson's to everyone. Thank you...
