This place is a nightmare. My niece died 8-6-23 and was taken here. Her daughter gave up her rights to me as this place knew. But every time we called to see if we could take care of my niece’s body we were told no it had to be my nieces daughter she claims it’s a ‘rule of Kentucky’. While all the all this time they knew I could take care of my niece. So I find out yesterday what they’ve known and take off this morning and driving straight through make it here by 8:30pm so my niece is not in storage any longer. They said they were opened until 11pm another lie, they were closed. Now I’m here and what?? I so hope they work with me by fax now what a sad and miserable place this is. How can you not be mad at this kind of treatment of your loved one?

This place is dishonest and never forth coming with much needed info, seems more like a racket bent on getting your cash. Just take a close look at the Google reviews and look deep, hmmm makes you wonder. The owners are living hog in your time of need and hurt. I'm sure they will do their best to get this post removed as fast as they can
