Me and My Family will not use this Funeral home We will leave Town first they are Rude and Heartless go Check how they let the graves go at Johnson Memorial the graves Where we got Relatives buried water goes over the graves on the other side and they will not fix the road it floods and water goes over the graves and they don't keep them cleaned and this Place is a joke. I wouldn't let them hold My dog in this place won't deal with them.

my family has always used J.W. Call, since i was a kid, and i've always considered it a great funeral home. however, i recently lost my husband, so i had direct experience with the whole process, and now i am certain they are the very best in the area. zeb hampton in particular is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with everything. thank you, zeb and J.W. Call, for taking such good care of us.

Soon after arriving, a staff member who while “helping” to direct cars into correct parking spaces for the funeral procession approached my vehicle. I was expecting guidance on where to park but instead was met with a hateful and annoyed tone which only increased in intensity when I misunderstood his direction. This time, when given “clarification” I was appalled at how he was speaking to me and could hardly believe it. At one point, the two men in the parking lot were guiding me in two different directions which enraged this staff member even more to the point that he felt the need to talk to me slowly, as in one hateful word at a time, as if I couldn’t understand English. It was unbelievable. My niece whom was with me was shocked at his behavior as well and I had no explanation for her. I still have no explanation. This behavior would be inexcusable in any context, but to be treated in such manner at a loved one’s funeral? I am beside myself and am hoping this message will find this man who can take a critical look at his behavior and ensure that no one else is treated this way in the future.
