The customer service me and my family received from the staff were top tier. From beginning to the end, the staff( from the director to the assistance and everyone in between) have been very accommodating & supportive. Even after services were rendered, they still reached out checking on me. The day of the service Mr. David was so nice and accommodating. My mother continues to talk about how awesome he was. I can go on & on about how wonderful this place treated us during one of the hardest times of our lives. I am forever grateful!!

I recently experienced the death of a loved one that I was responsible for making their last arrangements. Wanting to do the best possible thing for my aunt, I spoke with several people regarding Funeral Homes in the Clarksville, TN area. Numerous people suggested Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. I subsequently called, made an appointment to discuss possible arrangements. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by very nice, professional individuals. I had many questions all of which were answered to my satisfaction. At no time, did I feel any pressure to make any specific kind of arrangements. I knew I wanted a more traditional type of funeral service as that's what my aunt had requested. At the end of the day, this facility was the best choice for what I wanted. The facility is beautiful, up to date in terms of interior and exterior design/decor and offers the latest technological advances that allow for live streaming and video tributes. I have said to a number of people, that while conversations rarely come up that involve funeral home discussions, I have said that if you have the need for these services for a loved one or family member, this is certainly the place I would have someone should I need these services in the future.

These guys were terrific and made a difficult situation much easier for me. They were in touch with the cemetary and together they arranged a beautiful service for my dad. They stayed in touch with me, keeping me posted every step of the way. I would recommend them to everyone.
