If I could give zero stars I would!!! No communication, apparently the director is always in Nashville. Never recieved the seeds/plants my grandmother pre paid for. Save yourself the additional heart ache and go somewhere else! They are horrible!!! They also were paid for memorial necklaces, after many calls they did FINALLY give me the necklaces but expected ME to scoop my grandma’s ashes into them! They only care about money, avoid at all costs! I have texts to prove it.

I can give them 0 stars, horrible service. Mr broady supposed to call us to schedule my son funeral after taking him last night from our house(when he pass). Didn’t received the call, we go to the funeral home to talk to him personally, then well he wasn’t there. The secretary-front clerk lady can only take the message. Can’t even help us to set anything bc apparently he is the one that does it all. Well after leaving so many messages and show them how disappointed we were with the service. we decided to move our dead son body to a different funeral home(moving him was the best decision ever) to have set the arrangements, to give him the final good bye to his body. Finally that night MR broady call me with many different excuses and want to meet us that night. Apparently he was in Nashville doing a funeral all day, taking care of a family member all day, giving us time to grief (even if we were calling him)and teaching a class how to embalm a body(those are all the different excuses he gave me at the phone). After we explained him how disappointed we were from his company (that he said is the largest funeral homes in Tennessee, i guess that is why his service is so bad for the lac of responsible people he has on his business, if you can’t manage one properly please don't open another one), hearing him again saying so many excuses that no make sense to me. He came with a refrain “i have forgiven many people that hurt me before, we have to forgive “. People that is reading this please watch your money, he charge us $1,090 for the services that he already did to us(picking my son up and embalm him)and i have no problem with that (no discount or anything because how much hard time give us or anything) and he expect that without communication we had “CASH ONLY” at that moment. Because they only do CASH(supposedly to alleviate fees from cards) or CHECKs only.(thanks God im a prepared woman and i bring my cash(i don't have the last 90$ and he just say: “You see; i trust you guys will bring it tomorrow”(of course you trust us we have been the only responsible side) but we don’t trust on you or your funeral home because if the service is this bad at the beginning what do you expect the last service for that loved one you just loss will be?, what kind of memory you will have on the last day his present body will be thanks to this funeral home?). That this place is a wrong decision you can decide for that special love one. Please is many other funeral homes around the area that can give you the perfect service. Now we have to move my son funeral for later on because Mr broady wasn’t responsible enough with his business services. Thanks for reading it and i hope no one else suffers and had such much hard time doing their loved ones arrangement because of choosing this funeral home. ATT. Maydelin Lugo

Disappointed with Mr. Broady not meeting with me and then not officiating the service. Soldier husband wasn’t shaved and hair slicked straight back instead of parted on the side. Everything else was fine.
