Was at services last night and temperature went high as 84 according to digital temp. People were using their small leaflets or anything they can muster to fan themselves. I Understand new management? Need to have better detail schedule of what's happening with everything going on services, events, burial etc. and guide them. Weddings have wedding planners to assist and making sure everything goes off without problems. Do you have the same? Some people may not have a clue of what's going on because trying and emotional loss of their love one and trying to get by and lose track. Ask them if you have questions regarding anything to ease the stress and emotional time their going through.

Ernesto was amazing, the gentleman who did my dad’s service and burial were amazing and kind. But when I went to pick up my dad’s certificate the lady in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Caught me off guard giving she works at a funeral service.

My mother-in-law passed in early November. Received a call in late November that payment was needed before they could proceed-- everything had been pre-paid. She had been in cold storage for over two weeks! Also, when we finally picked up her remains, the woman that " helped" us was on a personal call for over five minutes. When she did come up front, she was so rude. I would never recommend this place!
