Employees have poor communication within the funeral home that caused grief to our family during the viewing of my mother in their chapel. very rude! I made a payment to an employee at the funeral home and he did not communicate to the director that I had made a payment for the services, within a few days we started getting calls to collect payment and all due to poor communication. SAD!
