I chose Murrieta Valley Funeral Home to take care of my dad after he died. It was the best choice I could have made. They made everything a breeze and had the most affordable prices. The staff from the owner Garland to Gabby to Sandra and Anthony who all took care of something at some point of my dads cremation and memorial. They were all so kind hearted and very personable. You all excessed my expectations of what this experience would be like for me and family. I appreciate you all more than you know. Thank you. Thank you to the entire staff at Murrieta Valley Funeral Home for providing personable, professional, attentive, communicative, and compassionate services for our father's recent service last week. Communication with Ralph was top-notch whether via phone or email. We appreciate the additional support from Chris to assist with our images for the photo slideshow, and Pastor Mike guided us through our service with compassion and empathy. From start to finish, I'd highly recommend their services. They contantly checked in to reassure us everything was going smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful service and support to share in the celebration of life for our father.

Worst experience, we had our mother's viewing here. The women who helped us was rude and didn't answer questions before persisting that we pay first. We had an appointment we were there to pay for services, but we were asking general questions, as people do. She would stop us and say we needed to pay first. This was all happening as we were literally sitting down in the mortuary. I guess we couldn't ask any new questions before paying. This woman claims to have only been 6 months working at the funeral home. She lied about using patio space for free. On the day of, she claimed she never said we could utilize patio space for free and charged us. I double-checked, and there is a fee, but she didn't mention that until the day of. (I remember asking if we could have two tables outside and she said yes that's fine.) By the time it came to end services, they were kicking us out and locking doors and shutting down and removing the flowers from the coffin at 8:34pm all while ppl were sobbing and crying still. Services were until 8:30pm. I asked the man trying to remove the flowers from my mother's coffin, if we could have a minute. In his words " I was sent here to do my job," as he lifted his wrist and showed me the time on his watch! I also want to add that my family chose this location because we had another family member who had passed 10 years prior and the services from the employees then were nothing compared to these unfeeling, unsympathetic people they have now.
