15/10 would recommend. This funeral home was home to my grandma's services when my dad was 19, my mom's when I was 14 and my grandpa's when I was 24. Nothing but the utmost respect I've experienced here. They're extremely understanding and professional yet empathetic, and can read a room very well, which in these situations I can only imagine is difficult to being with.

Munson-Lovetere provides the highest standard of care and service during very difficult times. Every detail of our recent loss was handled thoughtfully and professionally. I had the unfortunate opportunity to arrange back to back funerals, and Munson-Lovetere was far superior on every single detail. Lissa and her staff were a great support to all of us and made sure that everything was just as we wanted it. I don't look forward to using them again soon (lol), but I do look forward to using them. Cannot say enough good things about this superior staff and facility.

My recent experience with this funeral home was so terrible and unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. After the death of a family member, Munson-Lovetere arrived to take the body. They did not bring a gurney in the house, as it was "hard to get around." The family was obviously distraught, but the people at ML did NOT ask for them to leave the room to bag the body. And when the family offered to help carry the body, the first word from the funeral home SHOULD have been "No." The family just endured a trauma, and carrying the body would be even more traumatic. The family were not in their right minds, but the uncaring people at ML obviously needed help, because they came woefully unprepared. I have NEVER heard of a funeral home having a family help carry the body of their deceased loved one out of a home. The word UNPROFESSIONAL doesn't even begin to describe it. When my husband spoke with ML about how he was traumatized and that his Iraq war-vet sister were traumatized by carrying the body, ML played off like they did nothing wrong and the family just wanted to help. WRONG. ML were the professionals in this situation and they did not do the job they were paid to do. I would give this place 0-stars, but 1 is the lowest I can give. I just hope this story spreads and others become aware of what the uncaring people at this funeral home do.
