My family cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for the beautiful, compassionate services provided by the Albini Family at Brookside Memorial Funeral Home. Our beloved Mother passed away mid-November 2022. We chose to have her services at Brookside Memorial, and we are forever grateful to have done so. During the pre-services planning, Funeral Director Kevin was courteous, professional, compassionate, and he carefully listened to each family members’ request to have the services our Mother so deserved. Kevin and the staff at Brookside Memorial went above and beyond our expectations to make a memorable funeral service for our Mother. The church and graveside services were beautiful. There are no other funeral homes in the area as exceptional as the two funeral homes owned by the Albini family. They are very family-oriented and respectful of one’s cultural beliefs. It has been just over a year that my mother passed an unexpected death. This review is long past due but I haven’t been able to write due to the trauma The Brookside Family, is how I refer to the entire staff because they work in such unison. They were not only professional but were very heartwarming in the way they took care of all the arrangements. Not only was the venue beautiful and calming without a thing out of place but the care of my mother was fabulous. She looked beautiful. They captured the essence of what was needed without too many words. They lead you through the process at a time when making a decision was difficult. To this day and at my mother’s Celebration of Life luncheon everyone has commented that it was the most beautiful ceremony they’ve ever seen . The Brookside Family makes this transition process for the decedent in such a dignified manner that it elevates some of the grief from the family. It made it easier to accept my mother’s next journey.
