The staff was very friendly but the company as a whole should be ashamed at some of the fees they charge for families that do not want a service. $800 plus funeral director fee for a 15-minute meeting and filing a death certificate. $500 plus for a three mile ride from the hospital to their facility. They know they have you in a tough spot and definitely take advantage of it.
