Never work with this company. They do not communicate and you will have to contact them first before getting information. They proceeded to cremate my deceased love one without communicating information to us. They did not communicate clearly on how to pay for their services (e.g. they allowed us to pay with cash without asking for insurance). They did not communicate the prices clearly of their services and it was up to me to call them before knowing the price of things. I haven’t dealt with such an unprofessional company let alone at a time of grief and vulnerability. I do not wish what we went through with this company upon anyone.
