Faulhaber Funeral Home and the team of Don, Robin, and Jeff provided very professional services in a caring and compassionate manner for the funerals of my father, mother, and brother. I found the team to be very accommodating regarding special requests for services and very cordial and friendly during a time of grief. I highly recommend the services of the Faulhaber Funeral Home. Funeral directors were extremely short, bossy and rude to my family during the worst time of our lives- the day of the actual funeral. They expected us to know exactly where to go, what to do, where to carry things without being told and seemed bothered that we needed help or any sense of direction. For the love of god...please consider that some families have never suffered a loss before and this is their first time being part of a funeral. Their embalming job was horrid as well. My loved one looked NOTHING like himself. I was in disbelief. I was nearly convinced they brought the wrong body to us.

Exceptionally rude and unsympathetic staff. Aside from their dispicable mannerisms, my loved ones body looked nothing like him (unfortunately it wasn't my call to use this place). This is typical as I've seen this place abuse corpses for 20 years - they should get investigated once and for all. Overall, traumatic experience. Shame on them and shame on the church for recommending them.
