I honestly just went with this place because it is the closest to where I live. My father passed in March of this year and I've never had to look into planning services for a lost loved one. I contacted Matt and he thoroughly explained everything to my Wife and I. He was very professional and flexible. He was willing to communicate and coordinate things through my wife while I was struggling with grieving. Everything from touching up my father's picture to designing the rememberance cards, it felt as though he put as much care into everything as if he were planning his own loved ones service. I initially wasn't sure if I wanted to have any services because I was second guessing how everything would come out. Matt made me glad that I did and that I got my money's worth.

Very kind and professional. Be aware if your calling is during meal time or for an extended period, they do not allow food in for the grieving family.
