Sadly, we have had to engage Britton Wallace Funeral Home twice in the past seven months. In both instances, we were treated with the utmost understanding and care. Ellie and her compassionate team are exceptional. They pay very close attention to detail, are very accommodating and promptly answer any and all questions. They are a pleasure to work with, and took care of everything so that we could focus on grieving and our family.

I worked with this funeral home to pre-plan a funeral service. I worked with Ellie. She was very much a compassionate and professional person who made me feel quite comfortable. She listened and offered where she could to ensure I would have the best services. I very much enjoyed working with her on an otherwise difficult situation. The staff we had the pleasure to work with were Shannon and Ellie. Unfortunately we lost my Mom and they were fabulous and sensitive to our loss. With Britton being so wonderful along with the rest of their staff during my Moms service we decided to have them for the recent tragic loss of our dear daughter. My family and I cannot thank them enough for handling everything for us. We highly recommend Britton and Wallace.They all went above and beyond during our time of loss.
