Steve did a wonderful job two years ago with my mom and just last month with my stepdad. Covered all of the bases, good advice and recommendations, tasteful presentation at the viewings, clean and respectful rooms, quick responses to questions and requested adjustments. Professional. We worked with Ken, and could not have been treated better. He was so thoughtful, tactful, sensitive, and easy to talk to. He was a gret problem solver and teammate to make everything run smoothly. He was very realistic and we knew what to expect, but then he had his can do attitude and made some of our most unusual requests a reality. His ability to read the tone of the people with whom he's interacting is incredible; he picked up on our vibe right away and made us feel right at home. I couldn't help but think how much my dad would've appreciated him and his interactions with us. Having such a great person help you in such a tough thing makes a world of difference. Ken was an absolute blessing during an incredibly hard time for my family. He was compassionate, patient and went out of his way to do anything and everything for us. From staying late in order to pick up our urns to never pressuring us on time during our viewing, even long after our scheduled time was up.
