Mountain View Funeral home staff were so kind, patient, and caring. They did not try to upsell us on anything. They offered us much peace and support during the passing of my Mother. The service they performed was outstanding. Every person on their staff was A plus. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to take care of their loved one after they pass. Outstanding!

The dr. has 72 hours to sign death paperwork before they can do a cremation . It took 8 days for the dr. to sign for my father. It could’ve taken longer if I didn’t call the doctors office and complain that my dad had been laying up there for eight days!!! This was unacceptable and disrespectful. I would never ever recommend anyone use their services. They are not the only ones so shop around! They also offered to give me my dad‘s thumbprint to use as a possible tattoo. This file is so large and ridiculous there is no way this looks like a decent fingerprint , the file is huge and when I emailed them back asking for a smaller file they never responded.
