Moore's handled my friends funeral very unprofessionally. The day of, they had not yet printed the programs, the program proof they had was completely wrong from what had been selected, from the design, the poem, and even the songs sung in the service. The memorial slideshow of photos looked like it had been thrown together last minute with several horribly arranged pictures. Her son and daughter in law didn't even get the chance to say good bye privately before visitation started because they were busy trying to fix the program before people arrived to pay respects. And to top it all off, the flower arrangements that friends and family had paid for were never even created, and we didn't find out about it until a week later.

Words can not express how professionally and kindly Micky Couey handled the loss of our loved one funeral arrangements. With out Micky Couey and his staff I have no idea what we would have done. From the bottom of our hearts we are eternally grateful.

Thanks for the wonderful job you all did during the loss of our mom.We all were very satisified.The homegoing service was beautiful! May God bless you all.
