The customer service, or lack thereof, that I received here in regards to my grandmothers passing was abhorrent. Not a single condolence was given on behalf of staff, instead I received invasive questioning and disrespect. I deeply regret my grandmothers remains being handled here instead of at the southlawn location, where our family has always had respectful experiences at.

I am so grateful for the thoughtfulness and care expressed by the Moore team at the time of my mother's funeral. They worked out every detail in spite of a record-breaking ice and snow storm that required them to make many adjustments and changes. They even plowed through the storm to get a music piece I requested at the last moment. They were always kind, supportive, and had excellent follow-up skills.
